August us HOT!

It was 100 degrees here in Seattle today. 100 degrees. So hot! I went and purchased some air conditioners and cropped two of them in the windows of the fireside room at church and put fans in front of those and left them on for a few hours before service just to make sure it was decent in the room for service at 7:30!

Jesus lives is also getting hot. I am so thankful to Jesus for using me to spread the gospel to the lost here in Seattle and more are coming to our services on Thursday’s. I have a great testimony that out of the blue I was contacted by the manager for a large evangelism ministry in Seattle that reaches out to the homeless on Saturday’s and they may want me to preach to the homeless and God totally opened up this door! I also met with the guy in charge of the homeless tent shelters around the east side in Bellevue and were going to meet again about teaching which is amazing. God is so good!

When you delight yourself in the Lord, he will give you the desires of your heart. I preached in this empty room for 7 months. NO ONE CAME.

If your going through something hard, and maybe your hoping God will deliver on his promises please hang in there. Have faith, Psalm one tells us to meditate on God’s word day and night. When you have faith you will be like the tree planted by the waters that brings forth fruit in it’s due season. It does not say now, it does not say tomorrow, but it says in its “due season”. This means there will be waiting periods. Just hang in there!

God has not forgotten about you.
